A New Building for the SPCA and Our Furry Friends

We are full speed ahead in the preconstruction phase, helping the SPCA of Wake County and their design team to develop efficient site drawings and DD Set for their future Clinic Building. Our design team is Animal Arts Architecture firm with headquarters in Colorado who specializes in facilities for animals. As a part of the project, we also will coordinate relocating the existing Neuter Clinic and upgrades and repairs to the main existing building. DD pricing set is to be priced in 3 weeks.

The SPCA of Wake County (SPCA Wake) helps pets and people in over half of the counties across NC through collaborative partnerships. SPCA Wake is an animal welfare agency headquartered in Raleigh, NC. SPCA Wake is an independent, 501(c)(3) animal welfare organization and shelter.
Their mission is to transform the lives of pets and people through protection, care, education, and adoption. Their vision is to create a humane community.

Due to the demanding needs of our growing community SPCA is expanding their Campus and planning to build a new facility which will include:

  • Veterinary Advanced Clinic to provide treatment for dogs, cats and other small pets.
  • New shelter spaces
  • New learning and community center

We plan to get started with construction of this project in January of 2024.
