TowneBank Glenwood Branch

Our renovation of TowneBank’s Glenwood Avenue branch modernized both customer and employee environments while maintaining full banking operations, security requirements, and public access throughout construction.

The approximately 6,115-square-foot interior renovation included selective demolition, office reconfiguration, and new employee workspaces, along with mechanical, electrical, lighting, and life-safety upgrades to support the updated layout and current code requirements. The project also included construction of a new vault with a custom safe deposit box grid and installation of vacuum transfer tube systems connecting the teller line to the drive-through.

Interior finishes were fully refreshed with new marble tile flooring, updated conference rooms, and extensive custom millwork including teller stations, a greeter desk, administrative work areas, and branded glass entry elements. Work was carefully phased with TowneBank leadership to protect daily operations and maintain uninterrupted customer access throughout the renovation.
