North Ridge Country Club

Construction of this new 25,000-square-foot Wellness Facility was carefully phased to allow the country club to remain fully operational while expanding its fitness, recreation, and golf support amenities.

Early work included demolition of the existing golf storage building, installation of temporary cart storage facilities, and infrastructure improvements such as underground boring, sewer line upsizing, storm drainage additions, parking modifications, and a new electrical transformer to support the future facility. The new two-story building includes a fitness center, group exercise areas, locker rooms, golf cart storage and charging, golf bag storage, an outdoor terrace, and a golfers lounge with simulators—creating expanded year-round wellness and recreation opportunities for members while supporting continued club operations throughout construction.
