This project involves development of a 7.9-acre greenfield site in Durham to support new office and manufacturing space while coordinating utility extensions and roadway improvements critical to long-term access and site readiness.

Work includes extension of City of Durham water and sewer service and roadway widening in coordination with NCDOT, along with construction of an 18,702-square-foot, two-story office building and a 27,226-square-foot pre-engineered metal building designed to support flexible manufacturing operations as the surrounding employment corridor continues to grow.
