This 20,000-square-foot interior renovation prepared an existing office space for a new tenant layout while coordinating work within an active building environment.
The project included selective demolition and full removal of existing interior finishes, followed by construction of new partitions and comprehensive electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire alarm modifications to support the updated workspace. New lighting and finishes were installed throughout the suite, and targeted HVAC upgrades were completed in adjacent warehouse areas to align with operational requirements.
