Lynne Bach, Senior Estimator

We’re excited to welcome Lynne Bach to the McDonald York Preconstruction team! Lynne has been around construction her whole life. With deep family roots in Detroit, she followed in her father’s footsteps into the industry — a career that took her to Chicago, Portland, and New Orleans. After college, she began in field management and estimating during a time when “you won the job, you also ran the job.” Over the years, her focus shifted toward preconstruction, where she’s contributed to hospitals, universities, historic hotels, casinos, and nano labs. Lynne is detail-driven and enjoys solving the “puzzle” of a project, exploring construction technology, and mentoring interns and recent grads as they launch their own careers.
