Trevor Prescott, Senior Project Manager

We’re thrilled to welcome Trevor Prescott to McDonald York as a Senior Project Manager.

Trevor’s passion for building began at a young age, helping family and friends who worked as plumbers, electricians, and carpenters. Before starting his professional career in construction, he proudly served in the U.S. Army, where he assisted with surveying, layout, and drafting of Chinook helicopter runways in Germany, and coordinated the construction of schools and roads in the Dominican Republic as part of a Humanitarian Aid Mission.

After his military service, Trevor began his construction career in Connecticut, where he spent 8 years before relocating to North Carolina, where he has lived for the past 5 years. Over the course of 13 years in commercial construction—all within the Project Management sector—he has managed projects ranging from ground-up builds and mixed-use developments to interior fit-outs, warehouses, and medical facilities.

Trevor prides himself on integrity, respect, and trust, and believes in maintaining strong communication in every interaction. He is passionate about mentoring the next generation of construction professionals and continues to bring his love of building to every project.
