Henry has 24 years of construction experience. Over these years he has developed a knack for life sciences, commercial and corporate projects. The most rewarding project he has worked on while at McDonald York is the Old Chatham Clubhouse. Henry recalls that the amount of trim, coffered ceiling, cedar shake siding and three stone fireplaces made it a beautiful building inside and out. When he isn't on the jobsite, Henry enjoys going on vacation cruises, hunting, and fishing. For those in the construction industry or considering it, Henry offers this advice: First, be early... or at least on time. Second, every time you complete a task, stand back and look at it to see if it can be improved—and improve it. Third, plan and prepare for your work. And last, do everything to the best of your ability, someone will eventually notice and you will be rewarded.
