Our service approach is to work with our clients to understand their specific goals for a project and then, with the chosen design team or our design partner, develop an optimal solution that meets those goals. In the planning effort, we do this by providing the team with information regarding cost, constructability, schedule impact, logistics, operational impact, supply chain risk — and potential alternatives that may increase value to the Owner. The information is provided so that the team can make appropriate decisions. In the construction phase, we communicate with and evaluate all team members to ensure we are all on the same page and are performing within our Quality Management (QM) standards.
Ultimately, our QM approach can be described as adopting your goals as our goals. We implement a formal 3 step quality assurance program that includes: subcontractor prequalification, preconstruction reviews and finally an on-site Quality Management program.
