Two recent examples include the new North Carolina Board of Nursing Building in Raleigh North Carolina whose construction was achieved in 7 months. The customer required a fully operational office building in order to avoid monentary penalties if they were unable to vacate their existing space at the end of their lease. For Patheon Pharmaceuticals, McDonald York was challenged with and successfully delivered interior build-out of their new 25,000 square-foot USA Corporate Headquarters in a record breaking 7 weeks from design start to occupancy. The aggressive schedule was required in order to accommodate employees hired locally who needed immediate office space.
