Work Hard, Play Hard

We take pride in working hard to build some of the finest buildings in the Triangle. But that is not all we do. Construction is hard work, but we have fun too, fostering interests, talents and friendships through activities that extend beyond the workday.

We find ways to improve the company through social events, company-sponsored sports teams, and community service projects, employees gain a great deal - we meet new people, improve ourselves, strengthen the company, have fun, and give back to the communities in which we live and work.

In addition, McDonald York sponsors events that bring employees together in groups of all sizes. Training programs, company meetings, awards programs are organized throughout the year. We share ideas at these events, learn from others' experiences, and make new friends. This enriches us both individually and as a team.
